The Advisor Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding, ongoing engagement, and satisfaction of financial advisors and their clients utilizing Future Capital’s multiple solutions. This role involves relationship management, hands-on training, strategic guidance, and proactive engagement to maximize advisor adoption and effectively equip them to serve their client base. Building trust and fostering true partnerships with advisors is central to this role, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual success.
Role Functions
· Partner closely with advisors and firm program owners to establish a structured, proactive approach focused on comprehensive education, clear communication, and ongoing post-implementation support.
· Facilitate seamless advisor onboarding, including managing, evaluating, and enhancing onboarding processes to achieve defined adoption metrics and performance objectives.
· Manage the full lifecycle of advisor relationships, from initial onboarding through ongoing support and sustained adoption of Future Capital's products and services.
· Maintain consistent, meaningful engagement with advisors and advisory firms through strategic in-person interactions, virtual meetings, and professional email communications, building trust and deepening partnerships.
· Act as a trusted advocate for advisors by effectively capturing feedback on product enhancements, support requirements, and specific requests, clearly communicating these internally to relevant Future Capital teams.
· Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to enhance advisor satisfaction, product adoption, and overall advisor experience.
· Track, evaluate, and enhance advisor success initiatives, consistently measuring progress against established adoption metrics and performance goals.
· Maintain detailed and accurate notes within the internal CRM system, ensuring consistent documentation, timely reporting, and clear visibility of advisor initiatives, opportunities, and potential risks.
