Leasing Consultant – Floating Role Across Luxury Communities | Seattle/Bellevue

  • Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 an/ hour + generous leasing bonuses

What You’ll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll handle everything related to the apartment rental process while delivering exceptional service:

  • Showcase apartment homes to prospective residents and convert leads into leases
  • Maintain high occupancy by engaging prospects via phone, internet, and social media
  • Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and ensure seamless documentation
  • Support community marketing initiatives and resident events
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries and service requests
  • Travel to and support multiple AMLI communities across Seattle

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (College coursework a plus)
  • Prior leasing or sales/customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Saturday availability and willingness to travel between communities in Seattle and Bellevue. (Closed Sundays)
  • A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
