En Wait n’ Rest, empresa innovadora en el sector hospitality con presencia internacional, buscamos un Asistente Administrativo Bilingüe (Español–Inglés) para apoyar nuestras operaciones en Miami Lakes, FL.
💼 Tu rol:
Serás parte clave en la organización del equipo, garantizando el flujo administrativo y el soporte en procesos que impulsan nuestra expansión en aeropuertos y ciudades globales.
🔑 Responsabilidades:
• Brindar soporte administrativo para asegurar eficiencia en las operaciones.
• Elaborar comunicaciones internas y externas (correos, reportes, facturas, memos).
• Programar y coordinar envíos y agendas.
• Gestionar archivos físicos y digitales según protocolos.
• Atender llamadas, visitantes y brindar soporte al equipo según sea necesario.
🛠 Lo que buscamos en ti:
• Experiencia en administración de oficina o áreas relacionadas (mínimo 3 años).
• Dominio de Microsoft Office y QuickBooks.
• Organización, atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación excepcionales.
• Capacidad de priorizar, multitarea y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
• Bilingüe Español–Inglés (obligatorio). Portugués es un plus.
