What You’ll Do:
• Deliver high-quality care across restorative, endo (including molars), extractions, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and perio
• Create individualized treatment plans with a focus on long-term patient outcomes
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care
• Maintain accurate records, follow sterilization protocols, and keep an efficient, organized operatory
• Collaborate closely with dentists and support staff for seamless patient care
What We’re Looking For:
• DDS/DMD + active state license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
• Adaptable, coachable, and proactive with new technology and workflows
• Strong integrity, teamwork mentality, and long-term commitment to the practice and community
