Contract Opportunity: Associate Manager, Broadcast Media
Hybrid (2 day/week onsite) – Northern VA

National media organization seeks a detail-oriented consultant with 3+ years of experience to support engagement and station relations work tied to high-impact content, including documentary films and national awareness campaigns. This role supports outreach and community engagement efforts across the media system — helping drive visibility and impact for nationally distributed programming.
Required Skills:
✔️ Proficiency with Salesforce and data tracking
✔️ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing shifting priorities
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
🎥 Experience in media, nonprofits, or television production
📊 Familiarity with content/asset management tools like Brandfolder, SharePoint, and Google Drive
📣 Exposure to outreach, e-communications (MailChimp, Canva, etc.), and event coordination
You’ll split time between station relations/syndication and national engagement efforts — supporting project communication, proposal tracking, internal/external partnerships, and impact reporting.
