Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and cultivate new client relationships and referral sources through cold calling, networking, and market outreach. Market Research: Analyze ownership records, market data, and industry trends to provide clients with informed investment strategies. Client Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling marketing proposals to secure exclusive listing agreements. Property Marketing: Promote exclusive listings to qualified buyers Negotiation: Negotiate offers, and purchase contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Client Advisory: Advise clients on tailored real estate investment strategies to meet their financial goals.
