Associate Technical Designer - Activewear

Part-Time Contract

Bilingual Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of technical packages, including garment specifications, construction details, and graded measurements.
• Support fit sessions, document fit comments, and communicate necessary revisions to design and production teams.
• Create and update technical sketches and CAD drawings.
• Measure samples and compare to specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the review and approval of samples, including prototypes and production samples.
• Communicate with vendors regarding technical specifications and production requirements.
• Maintain and organize technical design documentation.
• Assist in the development of size charts and grading rules.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Basic understanding of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fit principles.
• Proficiency in creating technical sketches and utilizing CAD software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
