Apple Autos is seeking an experienced and motivated Express Lane Manager to join our team. As the Express Lane Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our express lube department and ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. This position requires excellent leadership skills, a strong technical background in automotive maintenance and repair, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the express lube department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of oil changes, filter replacement, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services.
• Train and develop a team of lube technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts, supplies, and equipment necessary for the express lube department.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, inventory levels, and customer information.
• Collaborate with other departments managers to optimize service operations and improve overall business performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management position is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components, particularly related to routine maintenance services.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in an automotive service setting.
• Valid driver’s license
