Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AWS/ Cloud Architect with a strong focus on cloud migrations With expertise in AWS services, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices. Resource will play a critical role in migrating, modernizing, and innovating our applications in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Migration & Architecture

• Lead the migration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to AWS.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS architectures using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, API Gateway, and Lambda.
• Develop and execute migration strategies including proof of concept, data migration, and post-migration optimization.
• Utilize Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to provision and manage AWS resources.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and maintain version-controlled configurations.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate applications with AWS services.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Document architectures, processes, and best practices to support ongoing operations and future migrations.
• Implement and manage containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Apply DevOps best practices to ensure smooth, continuous integration and delivery.
• Analyze and optimize AWS costs across services and infrastructure.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AWS Developer with a strong focus on cloud migrations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, API Gateway, Lambda).
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in AWS cost optimization across services and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• AWS Solution Architect Certification is required.
• Additional AWS certifications or related cloud technology certifications.
• Experience in a similar role within a dynamic, growth-focused organization.
