Job Description

Body Shop Estimator Sierra Motors,is looking for a highly motivated Auto Body Estimator. Possible advancement to management for the right candidate.

MUST HAVE CCC EXPERIENCE

This position will be Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5:00 PM. The Estimator Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18-$25 per hour plus bonus..

Greet customers and provide estimates using CCC Estimating system
Track progress through the shop and keep customers informed of progress
Work with insurance adjusters for proper billing and approvals
Track and collect over due payments
Create and track supplemental repairs after initial quotes
Close repair order paperwork the day the vehicle is being delivered to the customer
Knowledge of CCC estimating system for supplemental parts ordering and receiving
One year experience in an Estimator role or comparative experience a plus
