Jeff DAmbrosio Auto Group has an opening for the position of Body Shop Foreman. This is a working-foreman position where time is divided between coordinating/overseeing activities in the Body Shop, and physically working on vehicles. The Body Shop Foreman must be service minded, hard working, and dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in the industry. We are seeking a Foreman who is highly professional and who can work individually, as well as part of a multi-functional team. • Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs and restorations to the highest standards
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all projects within the Service Department
• Managing a team of auto mechanics and technicians with multiple jobs simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Creates, assigns, and maintains work orders ensuring work is distributed efficiently for the highest productivity and standard of repair.
• Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures
• Quality Assurance of work performed/delivered by the Service Shop
• Previous experience preferred.

• Master level automotive technician with 15+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff of 10+ employees
• Excellent organizational skills
• Motivated and fast-paced personality with serious work ethics
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with (air-cooled) Porsche's
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, drive train and suspension systems.
• Strong understanding of carburetors and mechanical fuel injection.
• Experienced with internal engine repair and setup.
• Available to work full time, and willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
