Greenway Ford is seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our growing team. Compensation and Benefits * Competitive Pay * Flexible Working Hours * Health Insurance * Paid Time Off & Sick Leave * 401(k) Responsibilities * Perform collision repairs including body panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening * Conduct thorough inspections of body damage and provide accurate repair estimates * Repair or replace worn, damaged, or malfunctioning vehicle parts * Ensure vehicles meet all safety and quality standards before returning to customers * Use power tools, welding equipment, paint prep machines, and common hand tools to perform tasks * Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repair processes while meeting deadlines * Follow manufacturer specifications, repair procedures, and dealership guidelines * Work closely with estimators, service advisors, and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements * Previous experience as a Body Shop or Collision Repair Technician (Ford dealership experience a plus) * I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred * Strong knowledge of auto body repair methods, equipment, and safety procedures * Ability to identify problems quickly and recommend effective solutions * Proficiency with repair manuals, computerized estimating systems, and diagnostic equipment * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods * High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred * Positive, friendly attitude and commitment to customer service We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
