The Role

This is a high-volume outbound sales position focused on recruiting top real estate agents to join our brokerage. If you've crushed quota as an SDR, love the thrill of prospecting, and want to break into real estate without getting your license first — this is your entry point. You'll spend your days identifying talented agents at other brokerages, making calls, setting appointments, and partnering with our leadership to close them. This is NOT a passive recruiting role. You're a hunter.

What You'll Do Daily

  • Make 30+ outbound calls per day to licensed real estate agents across Houston
  • Research target agents using MLS data, social media, and market intelligence
  • Set 15-20 qualified appointments per month with agents and teams
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand agent pain points and goals
  • Partner with our CEO and VP of Sales on closing conversations
  • Maintain pipeline in CRM and provide weekly activity reports
  • Track competitor offerings, compensation structures, and market trends
  • Attend industry networking events to build relationships and generate referrals

What Success Looks Like

  • Months 1-3: Ramp up to full call volume, set 10+ appointments, assist on 2-3 closes
  • Months 4-12: Consistently set 15-20 appointments monthly, close 8-10 agents independently
  • Year 2+: Recruit 12-15 agents annually, mentor junior recruiters, lead strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1-3 years of high-volume B2B outbound sales experience (SaaS SDR, staffing, insurance, financial services)
  • Proven track record of hitting activity metrics and quota
  • Comfortable making 100+ cold contacts per week
  • Skilled at consultative selling and objection handling
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by commission

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Houston real estate market
  • Existing relationships in the real estate industry
  • Experience recruiting or selling to licensed professionals
