Job Title: Business Immigration Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in immigration and client services. The Business Immigration Analyst (BIA) position offers hands-on experience, professional development, and long-term career growth within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have a client-focused mindset and a strong attention to detail, with a desire to work in the dynamic field of immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the fundamentals of immigration case types and internal/client-specific processes.
  • Assist in preparing and filing petitions with government agencies, including:
  • Gathering and reviewing documents
  • Drafting case materials
  • Coordinating timely filings
  • Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts under supervision to provide timely updates and responses.
  • Meet deadlines in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs); escalate issues as needed.
  • Summarize and manage large volumes of data within internal case management systems.
  • Track and contribute to team and individual productivity metrics.
  • Follow firm policies and regulatory guidelines, including data privacy and internal protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Paralegal certification OR experience in a client-facing or customer service role (e.g., retail, hospitality, food service).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to proofread and write professionally without AI assistance.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to adapt to various software systems.
  • Positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Interest or prior exposure to immigration is a plus but not required.
