About the Role - We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer/Planner to manage the procurement of materials, components, and services essential for our production operations for KD Nutra located in Miami, Florida. This role is key to ensuring a seamless flow of high-quality raw materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting production schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted flow of raw materials, components, and services.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production demands.
• Resolve supply chain issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and supply chain optimization efforts.
• Support internal teams in addressing purchasing- or quality-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
