Call Center Sales Representative

On-Site – Oconomowoc, WI Headquarters

Compensation and Benefits - $50,000-$55,000 base salary plus opportunity to achieve monthly and/or quarterly performance incentives, plus full suite of benefits (health, dental, 401K, etc)

Job Overview:

The Call Center Sales Representative interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints. They ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating exemplary service and professionalism in every interaction. The Customer Service Sales Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an energetic, positive first interaction with potential customers for the Stronghouse brand, engaging with them in their home project, capturing the proper details and recording properly and accurately for use in the field.
  • Convert incoming phone calls or outgoing calls from online lead form completion to a scheduled appointment for the correct markets.
  • Communicate with the local brands/divisions to ensure the in-person sales opportunity has been properly scheduled with local sales reps.
  • Once scheduled, initiate additional capture of information with customer, establishing the initial data for lead quotation in the field to properly prepare the sales team for the in-home experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with people quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
