Job Description

We are looking for an experienced cleaning tech, you will just learn if you don't already know how to clean commercial buildings. The pay starts out at 11 dollars an hour, Monday through Friday hours may vary. Preferably we need you to have a reliable transportation. The job is very simple, we need two people.

Clean floors sweep and mop dust everything and take the trash out. The simple cleaning.

 

Floor maintenance

A key duty of a cleaning technician is to maintain the condition and appearance of floors. This involves regular sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and even deep cleaning in some instances.

Restroom care

Cleaning techs also service bathrooms, which requires cleaning toilets, sinks and mirrors and ensuring all bathroom supplies are adequately stocked.

Waste removal

Cleanliness also involves managing waste. Technicians usually collect and dispose of all types of waste, biodegradable or disposable, in accordance with local waste management regulations.
