Client Care Advisor – Be the Heart of Our First Impression

Location: Greenville, SC

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to phone contact for prospective clients and families
  • Listen actively, ask the right questions, and guide callers to the best care solution
  • Schedule and coordinate care consultations with empathy and efficiency
  • Complete all intake paperwork and onboarding documents with clarity and accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with our care and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track referral activity and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into clients
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to incoming needs (clients and caregivers)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, even in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • High School diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening
