Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000+ annually (depending on experience)

Billables: 1,550 hours annually

Our client is looking for a talented Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience . Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal advice.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle litigation matters involving general commercial litigation, contract disputes, real estate litigation, business torts, and debt collection.
• Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
