Job Description

Our client in North Houston is looking for a Compliance and Ethics Sr. Analyst (contract) to join their compliance and risk team. This position supports global compliance efforts and helps ensure ethical standards are maintained across business operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role that involves hands-on collaboration with internal teams and external partners. If you’re someone who is comfortable navigating both detail-oriented reviews and cross-functional projects, this role offers an opportunity to engage with a broad range of corporate compliance work in a stable, well-respected organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and assessing third-party relationships, such as agents and service providers, including documentation intake and risk research.
  • Conducting desktop research and preparing risk reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the management and compliance tracking of agency and consultancy contracts.
  • Supporting internal training efforts—helping to roll out and track compliance modules.
  • Providing coordination and documentation support during internal investigations.
  • Participating in compliance risk assessments and helping track follow-up actions.
  • Collaborating with legal, procurement, audit, and operations teams on compliance needs.
  • Monitoring department communications and helping direct or escalate as needed.
  • Contributing to cross-functional compliance projects and broader initiatives.

We’re interested in individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and naturally collaborative. A background in compliance, legal operations, or corporate risk is helpful, but more than anything, we're looking for someone who’s curious, thorough, and thoughtful in their work.
