Job description
The Compliance Policy Manager will work collaboratively within the Compliance Department (Team Quest) and with other teammates throughout DaVita on policy related work. The Manager will be responsible for creating and communicating compliance guidance and drafting company-wide compliance policies, handbooks, and job aids, as well as DaVita's Code of Conduct. The role requires strong critical thinking, project management and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a strong eye for detail. This role is for someone who likes to take initiative to get stuff done!
What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
Bachelor's Degree Required
Expertise in drafting, reviewing and providing guidance on policies is essential
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
What are the nice-to-have skills?
Experience with PolicyHub by Mitratech a plus.
Overarching responsibilities:
Review, revision and maintenance of all compliance policies, handbooks, job aids and the Code of Conduct. Providing support and compliance guidance related to policies. Supporting the team as needed in other areas of oversight, including, monitoring, responding to inquiries, committee participation.
