We are in search of a Construction Project Manager to base in the Dallas area.
This will join a restaurant group who has top brands in their portfolio. The Construction Manager will be responsible for building between 10-12 new locations annually in the Dallas market for a new brand they are expanding. These will be free-standing locations with drive-thru lanes.
This is an exciting and growing brand with a lot of fanfare around their openings. The company is a lean entrepreneurial group that has a lot of tenure and operates as a family. You will enjoy a lot of autonomy in this role but at the same time have support and become part of this work family.
To be successful in this position, you will need experience in managing new construction of similar free-standing restaurant or retail product.
