Job Description

Position Type: Consulting / Contract

Location: Bellevue Washington. (Hybrid-Onsite 2-4 days per week)

Duration: 3-6 months.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Consultant with deep expertise in leading complex ERP integration projects, particularly focused on Microsoft 365 solutions. The successful candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional project teams and ensuring effective change management practices are implemented. The PM Consultant will leverage proven experience in Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver business objectives efficiently, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of Microsoft 365-integrated ERP projects, including but not limited to requirement gathering, implementation, testing, and go-live support.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, aligning stakeholders across IT, business units, and third-party vendors.
  • Design and manage change management strategies tailored to organizational needs; ensure high user adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Employ Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project sprints, backlogs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate scope management, risk assessment/mitigation, resource allocation, and timeline adherence.
  • Foster transparent communication channels among stakeholders; prepare and present concise reports and project updates to executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend technological solutions aligned with Microsoft 365 ecosystem capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy requirements, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record (5+ years) as a Project Manager leading ERP and Microsoft 365 integration projects in medium to large-scale enterprises.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and executing change management initiatives within technology transformation projects.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Project Management credentials highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics) and deep familiarity with Microsoft 365 platform and tools.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in a consulting environment preferred.
