What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare all ingredients for production and execute food orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Use of standard kitchen equipment – flat top grill and convection oven
• Ensure that all orders are made to Serotonin Smoothies standards
• Be a team player with a sense of urgency for guest’s orders
• Be in contact with management when there is a need to order ingredients - stocking the kitchen with food is your responsibility
• Responsible for making sure all equipment is always clean
• Other related responsibilities as assigned

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Processing customer payments
• Handling the financials, such as bookkeeping, budgeting, or accounting
• Running promotions or setting up discounts
• Taking customer orders

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years sandwich making and/or relevant food, as well as customer service experience
• Food handler’s license
• Basic knife skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to be on one’s feet for an extended period of time
• Punctual and reliable
• Clean and neat with great attention to detail
• Great communicator
• Proof of U.S. work eligibility
