LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a cross border law firm in their search for a Corporate Associate Attorney for the firm's Grand Rapids office. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate attorney with general corporate experience to join a growing law firm with a strong reputation for successful representation in and out of court.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general corporate transactional experience, including corporate governance and structuring, contract drafting, real estate acquisition and development, and mergers & acquisitions
• Strong writing, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are required
• Candidates must have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and must be willing to travel for work on client matters
• Must be admitted to practice in Michigan
