Position : Corporate Project Manager (LATAM)
Type of Contract : Independent Contractor Agreement

Salary Range: $2.800 - $3,500 Usd based on experience

About the Company

• The company do research and development (R&D) company specializing in novel devices and drugs for the treatment of cancer and other diseases

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed tracking of primary company priorities
• IT Project Management
• Closely monitor dependencies and implications of shifts in timeline
• Engage regularly with key functional partners to update tracker, identifying areas of concern and potential mitigations
• Agree on reporting mechanism and cadence to share progress updates and address risks

Qualifications/skills:

• Proficiency with PM tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Comfort with extracting timelines and summarizing in PPT or PDF for socialization
• Good intrapersonal communications and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with cross-functional engagement, working across teams
• Deep attention to detail and careful follow-up with individuals in a variety of functions and roles
• Comfort raising questions, potential risks and anticipated barriers to identify mitigations

Experience/education :

• 5+ years working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
• Preferably familiarity with clinical trials programs
• Undergraduate degree in project management, business or related field, or relevant project management certification(s)
