Job Description

The Creative Coordinator is a dynamic role that executes the creative vision of the studio with the strategic needs of eCommerce and marketing. This position ensures Marissa Collections’ visual and creative identity is consistent and compelling across all channels from the studio creative output. Working closely with the eCommerce and Marketing departments, the Creative Coordinator collaborates on campaigns, product launches, and storytelling efforts to elevate the brand’s luxury presence online and offline.

As part of a collaborative team, the Creative Coordinator works closely with the Photographer, Creative Assistant, Brand Curators, and other departments to execute creative for impactful campaigns, product photography, and storytelling initiatives that align with Marissa Collections’ luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Studio Creative:

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-studio photoshoots for eCommerce, marketing campaigns, and editorial projects.
  • Coordinate with the Photographer, Brand Curators, and Creative Assistant to produce high-quality imagery and creative assets that align with the eCommerce and Marketing teams’ needs.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure product photography meets brand standards and enhances the online shopping experience.
  • Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, models, studio operations support, product preparation, and supplies organization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of studio projects, production planner, and maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
  • Partner with the Brand Curators during onboarding to learn the branding and refine creative approaches for studio shoots and campaigns.
  • Maintain the studio space, equipment, and digital asset library for efficient and seamless workflow.

Social Media Creative:

  • Partner with the Marketing department to develop social media creative that supports campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Create and curate visually compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and apply best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s digital storytelling.

Collaboration with eCommerce & Marketing:

  • Work closely with the eCommerce & Marketing teams to create assets for campaigns.
  • Support eCommerce initiatives by ensuring product photography and creative content meet online merchandising needs.
  • Update product pages with styling and merchandising selections from studio creative.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align creative with in-store promotions, trunk shows, and events.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming and campaign planning sessions, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed for product handling, studio setup, or event preparation.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or move around for extended periods during events or photo shoots.

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in marketing, eCommerce, styling, or operations support.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CaptureOne, Shopify, Microsoft 365 is a plus.

  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with and passion for luxury branding and styling.
  • Proficiency in navigating Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and using computer programs effectively.
