- Contract Duration: 6-12 weeks
- Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | occasional onsite requirements
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour W2
Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credentialing Demographic Coordinator to support the accurate setup and maintenance of provider demographic and credentialing data across multiple systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity for claims processing and network reporting.
Key Responsibilities - Load and maintain provider demographic and credentialing information in internal databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and communicate potential downstream impacts.
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, production-driven environment.
- Contribute to process improvements and assist in training team members.
Minimum Qualifications - Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with credentialing systems or medical terminology.
- Familiarity with Symfact or similar database platforms.
- Demonstrated adaptability and attention to detail.
