Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Haslet, Texas.

Duties:

  • Leverage expertise in SAP and project management principles to ensure nationwide markets have the equipment needed for growth and reliability
  • Act as a catalyst for change by improving and optimizing existing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage and support equipment and inventory for nationwide markets using SAP
  • Create and process daily Outbound Delivery Documents (OBDs) to ensure the timely and accurate distribution of equipment
  • Perform weekly maintenance of aged inventory within distribution centers to optimize inventory flow and minimize waste
  • Collaborate with Equipment Engineers and internal business partners to understand requirements and provide timely, effective solutions
  • Execute accurate data entry and perform detailed data analysis to support key business decisions
  • Assist in managing project timelines, tracking milestones, and identifying potential bottlenecks to ensure successful and timely delivery
  • Develop and deliver reporting on project queues and inventory status for leadership visibility
  • Drive continuous process improvements and adopt best practices to enhance team performance and operational efficiency

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Associate’s degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with SAP at a high level of proficiency
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong project planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze data
  • SAP Certified Associate certificate
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Relevant work experience in a telecommunications or wireless organization

The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.83 and $36.90 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
