Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed cost estimates for demolition projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges.
- Analyze project plans and blueprints to accurately estimate demolition costs.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements during the estimation process.
- Evaluate risks related to demolition projects and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in demolition techniques and technologies.
Required Qualifications - 3+ years civil estimating experience
- Demolition estimating experience (full building and interior)
Preferred Qualifications - HCSS, Agtek, or similar
- Experience with AutoCAD and blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with utilities and sitework processes.
