We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Channels Intern to assist in managing and optimizing our digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience in digital banking solutions management, content creation and analytics. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital engagement, analytical, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to enhancing our online presence. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in digital communications while working on impactful projects.

Daily responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across digital channels (website, digital platforms), generating detailed reports to uncover user behavior patterns, engagement trends, and areas for optimization
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to monitor KPIs and track performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align campaign planning with data-driven insights and support the execution of digital initiatives
• Manage daily operational tasks related to digital platforms, including opening and tracking vendor support tickets and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Support ongoing website updates by auditing content for accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency, while monitoring site analytics to inform content prioritization

Skillset required

• Microsoft Excel (Advanced) or Power BI certifications
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• An analytical mindset with an interest in tracking and improving digital performance
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems and basic digital marketing principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Degree required

• Currently pursuing or recently completing a bachelor’s degree in business administration (with a focus on analytics), Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a related field.

Daily work schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Length of internship

• 1 year
