How You'll Help Us Connect the World

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting CommScope's broader online content strategy-creating information that customers want that is optimized for organic search and generative AI results.

This initiative will have a highly measurable impact as part of the Corporate Marketing Team. You will work closely with Marketing and technical personnel to use data and optimization tools to help our customers who are seeking critical information. This role will be based in Shakopee, Minnesota

  • Being comfortable learning new platforms to get things done

  • Having solid written communication skills

  • Having basic experience using generative AI both to find information and to create content

  • Are curious and willing to ask questions

  • Are highly motivated to achieve the end result

  • Are able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) inmarketing, IT or a data analytics degree from an accredited university

  • Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship

  • Military-Affiliated candidates encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists)

  • Have an understanding of SEO fundamentals

  • Have a high comfort level with generative AI

  • Have some experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
