🚀 Role Description: Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager (📍On-Site – West Orange, NJ)

This is a part-time, on-site position located in West Orange, NJ . As the Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll take the lead on planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns for our agency and its clients. You’ll oversee content strategy, lead generation, and performance reporting to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Design and execute digital marketing strategies across social, search, and email
• Manage lead generation funnels and campaign performance
• Analyze web traffic and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Optimize campaigns for performance—A/B testing, copy, targeting
• Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and account managers to ensure alignment
• Stay current with industry trends, platforms, and marketing innovations

✅ Qualifications

• 📱 Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
• 📈 Skilled in Lead Generation strategies and tools (e.g., landing pages, CRMs)
• 📊 Proficient in Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, etc.)
• 🧠 Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• 🎯 Demonstrated success executing ROI-positive campaigns
• 🗣️ Effective communication and presentation skills
• 🤝 Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
• 📍 Must be available to work on-site in West Orange, NJ
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
