Memmer Homes is growing and looking for a creative architectural manager. As the director of architectural design, you'll have the opportunity to manage the design process and be part of a team that builds extraordinary homes!

TALENT + INFLUENCE

Design

Create one-of-a-kind custom homes.

• Develop classic, timeless elevations.
• Develop functional and appealing interiors.

Visualization

Create engaging visuals such as:

• 3-D Renderings.
• Color Renderings.
• Fly Through Animation.

REALIZATION + EXECUTION

Construction Documents

• Create full permit sets.
• Coordinate engineering.
• Review permit sets for accuracy

Coordination

• Review project goals with the team.
• Interact with clients.
• Complete site visits.

THE ROLE

• You will collaborate with our clients, designers, estimators and supervisors to design, present and execute each home.
• You will provide project direction and coordination to ensure we're meeting objectives.
• From the initial consultation to the completed home, you'll be an essential part of a skilled team that's navigating each step of the home building process.
