Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and hardworking TEMP TO HIRE for $12-$15.50 an hour Manual Unloader to join our team in Glendale, Arizona . The Manual Unloader will be responsible for unloading goods from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles, ensuring that all items are handled with care and stored appropriately. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload goods from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles manually.
• Inspect goods for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Sort and organize items in the warehouse or storage area.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit]) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
