Document Control Specialist

Santa Clarita, California FULLY ONSITE - remote work NOT offered. ONLY local applicants will be considered.

Coordinate and control Quality and Engineering Departments' documentation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issue Product certifications and test reports to accompany product shipments to customers
• Process and maintain Engineering Drawings, Drawing Changes, ECN's, and document scanning for availability
• Match Mfg. Work Orders to Engineering Drawings for Issuance to Production
• Process Quality Assurance documentation review
• Maintain Quality Assurance hard copy and electronic files for procedures, work instructions, forms and other documents, as directed by the Quality Assurance Mgr.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum High School Education
• Associate Degree Preferred
• Ability to work without supervision
• Proficiency in oral and written English language communication
• Spanish Bi-lingual skills a plus
• Willingness to work cooperatively with others
• Excellent organization, planning, problem solving and time management skills.
