You will learn the fundamentals of product buying and logistics from curation, to relationship management, to analytics and forecasting.

Responsibilities

✔️ Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and historical performance.

✔️ Analyze inventory levels, sales velocity, and supply chain constraints to minimize stockouts and overstock.

✔️ Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels.

✔️ Monitor supplier lead times and adjust inventory plans accordingly.

✔️ Identify slow-moving inventory and recommend clearance or promotional strategies.

✔️ Work with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand planning.

✔️ Prepare reports and dashboards to track key inventory metrics.

✔️ Support new product launches with demand forecasting and stock planning.

Qualifications & Skills

✔️ Experience: 2+ years in inventory planning, demand forecasting in Amazon-focused environments. (Understanding of Amazon FBA Logistics, Seller Central and Inventory management tools)

✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).

✔️ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or demand planning software.

✔️ Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

✔️ Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate inventory challenges and proactively address them.

✔️ Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualified candidates have an affinity for fine details, a passion for brand discovery, a high level of comfort with analytics and spreadsheets, and a love for logistics. Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, are also critical to your success.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time (Open to both)

Salary: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour (Based on experience)
