Summary of Role:

We’re hiring an Electrical Technician to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the uptime, reliability, and safety of our electrical systems and equipment. From troubleshooting to installations and PLC programming, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

If you're ready to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with cutting-edge automation, we’d love to connect.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete scheduled PMs and conduct daily inspections of critical equipment and production lines to ensure optimal performance and prevent unplanned downtime.
  • Support the programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems, including PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), HMI interfaces, and SCADA platforms such as FactoryTalk, Studio 5000, and TIA Portal.
  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment and electrical infrastructure. This includes wiring, conduit layout, and integrating systems with existing automation networks.
  • Adhere to all electrical codes, plant safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures. Ensure that all work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with quality standards.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–5 years of industrial electrical experience, ideally in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
  • Proficient with electrical tools, diagnostic instruments, and safety protocols

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • A hands-on role with exposure to advanced automation and control systems
  • Working directly with automation and electrical engineers to learn and develop your skillset
  • A safety-first, team-oriented environment
  • Opportunities for growth and skill development in industrial maintenance and engineering
