Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a team of both junior and senior electrical engineers in the design of cutting-edge facilities that exceed the expectations of clients around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design power distribution, lighting, control, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Perform load calculations and provide detailed electrical system designs
• Ensure designs meet local codes, national standards (NEC, NFPA, etc.), and client specifications
• Create engineering drawings, studies, and reports
• Assist with gathering and evaluating information for engineering studies
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other technical disciplines to integrate electrical systems into building designs
• Incorporate sustainable design practices to support LEED, WELL, or other green building certifications
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure construction accuracy
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide effective electrical system solutions
• Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and review their work for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Stay current with industry trends, new codes, and emerging technologies to enhance firm capabilities
• Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited program
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the A/E industry
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States
• Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office
• Experience with visual lighting software
• Interest in alternative energy initiatives is a plus
