Alaant is partnering with an innovative firm to find a motivated RF Engineer, with an Electrical Engineering degree to join a small, agile engineering team focused on cutting-edge antenna technology.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift

Payroll Day: Paid Weekly on Thursdays

Starting Base Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00

Paid Time Off: 12 Holidays, Sick and Vacation

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the Month following the Date of Hire

Work Location: Johnstown NY (45 minutes commute from Albany)

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and fabricate RF antennas.
• Contribute to the integration of electronics, including LNA, active antennas, and radios.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to the manufacturing team.
• Participate in product development initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Help identify and solve technical challenges in hardware, materials, and processes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience
• Coursework, Internships, Projects and/or hands-on experience in RF, antennas, S-parameters, or RF systems is required
