Rate : Up to $83,000/yr

Location: Fairfax County, VA (50% travel required - nationwide)

Summary:

• Support the production, implementation, and delivery of the company’s core product offering to customer sites while contributing to future technology rollouts.

Duties:

• Oversee the procurement of equipment and monitor the production of systems
• Troubleshoot and test newly built systems at the factory to ensure quality.
• Install and conduct quality assurance tests on newly delivered systems at customer sites.
• Assist in conducting comprehensive training sessions for both customers and employees, ensuring effective system utilization.
• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support to prospective customers, helping to identify tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

• AS or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical field - equipment/instrumentation, calibration, or a similar field.
• Preferred experience with Rockwell
• Flexibility and availability to travel to customer sites on short notice.
• Exceptional time management skills, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
