💼 About the Role

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of outreach campaigns, manage event logistics, and coach a high-performing team to success. You’ll be instrumental in helping our nonprofit clients amplify their missions and build lasting connections through in-person events, retail activations, and grassroots outreach .

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of nonprofit outreach campaigns across multiple locations

• Represent nonprofit clients at community events, retail locations, and public engagement campaigns

• Coach, train, and mentor team members to achieve campaign and fundraising goals

• Oversee event logistics: scheduling, setup, supplies, and on-site coordination

• Analyze team performance and provide actionable feedback to optimize results

• Maintain detailed records to support reporting and long-term campaign success

• Participate in ongoing leadership training and management development workshops

• Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking initiative

• Are goal-driven , organized, and motivated to lead by example

• Have a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
