We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level accounting position. No prior accounting experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-site training. • Data Entry: Input financial transactions, sales data, and customer information into accounting software or spreadsheets. Compile and input vehicle transaction data into the accounting system
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries related to billing and financing.
• Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department; such as document scanning and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Accounts Payable: Process invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers, and maintain accurate records.
• Accounts Receivable: Assist in billing customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
• Bank Reconciliations: Help reconcile bank statements with dealership financial records to ensure accuracy.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Computer Proficiency: basic computer skills and phone experience is preferred, but not required
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is preferred, but not required
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred, but not required
• General: Ensure prompt and regular attendance and perform other appropriate duties as may be assigned by Management
