Role: Temp Executive Assistant to C-level Executive of Major Beauty Brand

Pay Rate: $35.00/hour

Duration: Starting in August

Location: Beverly Hills, onsite Monday to Friday (M-F)

Our client is seeking a temporary Executive + Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a high-level executive. They should be well-organized, experienced, and comfortable scheduling meetings and managing communications on the executive’s behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate extensive and authentic Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience, supporting high-level executives with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain reliable personal transportation for errands and various off-site duties as required.
• Efficiently coordinate, reschedule, and manage the C-level executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, making dinner reservations, and handling event RSVPs.
• Manage invoice processing, including preparing checks and securing necessary approvals and signatures.
• Oversee general office management tasks such as grocery ordering through delivery services (e.g., DoorDash) and procuring gifts and other essential items.
