Job Title: Executive Assistant III
Location: Boston, MA 02116 (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 month with possibility of ext
Pay range: $31-$34/hr
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support, Calendar management, Booking travel (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.), Creating expense reports to submit to accounting, Office Management, Perform general office duties, Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks, Meeting & Event Coordination, Prepare agendas and make arrangements for internal and external meetings.
