A community clinic in beautiful Northern California seeks a BC/BE Family Medicine physician in Cottonwood, California 15 minutes south of Redding, CA!

Benefits:BC/BE Family Medicine

• $235k-$275k, guaranteed year one then Salary + RVU model year 2 and on
• 100 % medical coverageHealth, Dental, Vision, Disability with 401(k) and life insurance

• $150,000 Sign-on, Over $300,000/yr
• $150,000 sign-on bonus over 3 years$50k on start, $50k end year 2, $50k end year 3

About the Position:BC/BE Family Medicine

• Team of 4 other Family Medicine physicians
• Mon-Fri, 8-5 position.
• Call schedule is 1:3, but RNs take first call.Average # of calls per physician is 1 call every 3 months but all done over phone.
• No hospital call, no nights, no weekends!
• Excellent work + life balance
• 18-24 Patients per day
• Full Lab and X-Ray services on site

Qualifications:BC/BE Family Medicine

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• MD/DO
