Job Description

• Manage the full P&L for a mid-sized advertising agency
• Partner with CEO, President, and other non-finance executives for informed decision making
• Lead commercial negotiations with new and existing clients
• Oversee a small team
• Lead commercial and strategic FP&A decision-making

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• 10+ years of finance experience
• Experience in commercial/fp&a positions in the advertising industry
• Full P&L-management experience
  
Desired Skills and Experience
Advertising Agency based in Miami is looking for a Finance Director to join its growing team. This role will manage the entire agency P&L, working closely with the CEO/President to manage all financial aspects of the business.
This is a hybrid position that will require being in-office (downtown Miami) 3x per week.
