Job Description: Manage the daily financial activities and functions for the company, including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations, and internal group guideline and policies. Provide strategic financial guidance to the company's business team and management. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to support the company's financial well-being and growth.

Responsibility:

1. Financial Reporting:

· Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and other internal reports send to SG HQ and management team.

· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

2. Financial Forecasting, Analysis and Cost Control:

· Develop and oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

· Collaborate closely with business and operation team, provide financial projections and forecasts to support business decisions.

· Establish and implement financial process and cost control measures to track and monitor company expense, ensure responsible use of company funds.

3. Financial Strategy:

· Collaborate with the business and management team to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

· Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and risk management, including but not limited to credit risk and financial risks.

4. Compliance and Internal Control:

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, also Wilmar group financial and accounting policies.

· Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial standards.

· Monitor compliance with internal control procedures and implement improvements as needed.

· Analyze and optimize business process to achieve best operational efficiency and results of the company.

5. Financing and Cashflow Management

· Oversee cash flow management, managing borrowing facilities, ensuring adequate liquidity and optimal working capital for the organization.

· Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and manage liquidity risks.

6. Taxation

· Work closely with group tax team and external tax consultant to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and full compliance.

7. Team Leadership

· Train, manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring their professional development and the efficient operation of the finance department.

8. Payroll approval, HR related matters

· Approve payroll, supervise the HR Generalist in managing HR-related matters and coordination with the PEO.

9. Ad-hoc work Other ad-hoc work that assigned by management.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 15 years + of financial and accounting working experience, audit background is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial managerial roles for at least 10 years.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, financial statements, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and insights.
  • Ability to analyze issues, identify the root course and be a problem solver
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in chemical industry is preferred.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, process oriented and detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) are desirable.
