Front of House Manager

  Chick-fil-A Colonial Plaza – Orlando, FL

Starting Pay: $18/hour (Full-Time)

What You'll Do:

• Lead Front of House operations during your shifts with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Build a high-performing team by training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
• Drive outstanding guest experiences through hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service
• Manage real-time decisions to optimize food quality, cleanliness, and team productivity
• Oversee inventory handling, waste tracking, and efficient labor usage
• Partner with Back of House leaders and Directors to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership with the ability to inspire and coach a team
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Experience in quick service, hospitality, or restaurant management preferred

Requirements:

• Availability to work 40+ hours/week including peak meal periods and Saturdays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to lead by example in all areas of the business
• Must have previous leadership experience, Chick-fil-A leadership preferred but not required
