Rate: $16.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a groundskeeper for ouradjacent apartment communities totaling528 units conveniently located near DFW airport and Irving mall, with easy access to Hwy 183 and Hwy 161, George Bush Turnpike, and Beltline!Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus

Responsibilities

Walking the property grounds and common areas
Picking up trash and debris
Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager

Work Days: Monday – Friday

Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
